If there is one thing I will tell you about my job, it is simple: I love it.

With over 28 years in the travel industry, I have built Dream Travel on a foundation of genuine care, expert knowledge, and a deep belief that every vacation should be as unique as the person taking it. I am not in the business of cookie-cutter trips. I am in the business of getting to know YOU — understanding what makes you tick, what matters most to you, and crafting a vacation that fits your life, your style, and your people.

My favorite part of the job? That first conversation with a new client. Learning what they are dreaming of, what they need, and then making it happen. A close second is the moment they come home — hearing how incredible the trip was, the memories that were made, the moments they will never forget. That is what keeps me going after nearly three decades. That feeling never gets old.

My clients don't just book once and move on. They come back — year after year — because they know they are in good hands. I stay involved from the very first inquiry all the way through your return flight home, keeping communication open every step of the way. Because to me, great customer service isn't just a goal. It's everything.

When you work with Dream Travel, you are not just booking a trip. You are working with someone who genuinely cares that you have the time of your life.

I cannot wait to start planning yours.Â

Hi, I'm Jenelle, and I've had a serious case of wanderlust for as long as I can remember.

My love of travel began growing up in a family of six, road-tripping across the country in a 240-square-foot motorhome. Those adventures taught me that you don't need a lot of space to create incredible memories; just a sense of adventure and a willingness to explore.

Since then, my travels have taken me far beyond the open road. I've wandered the cobblestone streets of Rome, biked along the canals of Amsterdam, and swam alongside sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas. I've floated through the jungles of Belize on a cave tubing adventure, zip-lined over the lush landscapes of Punta Cana, and even biked the rim of the Grand Canyon. One of the most memorable chapters of my journey was living and working at Walt Disney World, where I experienced firsthand the magic that travel can create for families.

These days, my favorite travel companion is my husband; and now our toddler joins us on our adventures, too. Watching the world through her eyes has given me an even greater appreciation for the memories that travel creates, and we're excited to continue exploring together as a family.

To me, travel is about so much more than checking destinations off a bucket list. It's about the moments that make you laugh until your cheeks hurt, the cultures that change your perspective, and the memories you'll still be talking about years later. Whether you're dreaming of a magical Disney vacation, an adults-only escape, a European adventure, or the perfect family getaway, I love helping my clients create trips that are uniquely their own.

There's nothing more rewarding than turning someone's dream vacation into a reality and I can't wait to help you plan your next unforgettable adventure.

I fell in love with travel at 12 years old, standing on a cobblestone street in Rome with a scoop of gelato in my hand — and honestly, I never really came back from that trip. Something shifted in me that day, and I have been chasing that feeling ever since.

Since 2007, I have traveled internationally every single year. I lived abroad as an exchange student in both high school and college. I have wandered, explored, gotten lost, and found myself in places I never expected — and every single time, I come home knowing the world is so much bigger and more beautiful than our daily routines let us see. I genuinely believe that stepping away and experiencing new places, cultures, and perspectives is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

So when the opportunity came to help other people experience that feeling? I didn't hesitate for a second.

Some of my favorite places I've been lucky enough to visit: Germany, which feels like a second home after studying abroad there and still having family who live there today. The Mediterranean, where my husband and I spent our honeymoon surrounded by stunning landscapes, incredible food, and moments that made us feel completely present and connected. And Vietnam — which I have to tell you, completely blew me away. The people, the food, the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay, the lantern-lit streets that smelled like flowers and spices — if you asked me right now to close my eyes and picture my happy place, I would be right back there. Every single time.

But the trip I am most proud of? It wasn't any of those. It was a Danube River cruise from Budapest to Prague that I planned for my extended family — including my grandparents, who we knew were taking their last big adventure. I coordinated everything — flights, cruise details, excursions — for travelers ranging from college-aged all the way to their eighties. I made sure the younger ones had their active adventures while my grandparents could slow down, breathe it all in, and enjoy a carriage ride through Vienna. Now that they're gone, that trip is what our family talks about. The laughter. The moments. The time we had together that we almost didn't take. That is why I do this.

That is what travel can be when it's planned with real care and intention.

When I work with you, I am not going to hand you a generic package and call it a day. I am going to get to know you — what you love, what matters most to you, what you want to feel when you look back on this trip years from now — and then I am going to build something that is completely yours. I handle every detail so the planning feels exciting instead of overwhelming, and I am with you every step of the way.

When I am not planning trips, you will find me at home in Hudsonville with my husband and our one-and-a-half-year-old son, who keeps us very busy and very entertained. We love to golf, spend time in nature, catch a good sporting event, and — because we are Michiganders through and through — find any possible excuse to be out on the water.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved traveling — but I’ve always loved planning the trip almost as much as taking it.
Over the years, I became the one who genuinely enjoyed researching destinations, comparing options, organizing the details, and putting together family vacations we would remember long after we came home. Eventually, I realized that the excitement I felt creating those experiences for my own family could become something more: helping other families and travelers create memories of their own.
Today, I especially love planning cruises. With so many cruise lines, ships, itineraries, destinations, and experiences to choose from, finding the right one can quickly become overwhelming. I love getting to know what a client actually wants from their vacation and helping match them with the cruise experience that fits their travel style, priorities, and family.
To me, planning a vacation should feel exciting — not stressful. My goal is to take the time to understand what you’re looking for, research the options, and help create a trip that feels personal to you rather than simply handing you a one-size-fits-all itinerary. I’m dedicated to making sure you feel confident and cared for from the beginning of the planning process through the moment you return home.
One of my favorite recent trips was to Cabo San Lucas with a group of close friends. It was an incredible trip on its own, but it was even more meaningful because my grandparents had traveled there many times over the years. Getting to finally experience the places and scenery they had talked about for so long made me understand exactly why they loved it there.
I’m based in Zeeland, Michigan, where I live with my husband and our four kids. When I’m not researching our next adventure or planning travel, you’ll usually find me reading, camping with my family, spending time with my husband and kids, or out on the golf course.
I’ve completed training through KHM Travel Group, including Destination 1, and I’m continuing to expand my education through Destination 2, Royal Caribbean’s Bachelor and Master of Adventure programs, Princess Academy, and additional supplier training.
Whether you’re dreaming about your family’s first cruise, a Caribbean escape, or simply a vacation where someone else handles the details, I’d love to help turn the planning into part of the fun.
I can’t wait to help you plan a trip your family will be talking about for years to come.Â
